EcoVillage currently includes two 30-home cohousing neighborhoods, FROG and SONG,
and a third neighborhood TREE in the planning stages.

There is also an organic CSA vegetable farm, an organic CSA/U-Pick berry farm, office spaces for cottage industry, a neighborhood root cellar, community gardens and varied natural areas.

Village culture
Village residents have the opportunity to share common dinners several times per week in the two Common Houses, and volunteer about 2-3 hours per week on various work teams to keep things running smoothly: outdoor maintenance, finances, governance, future projects, and more. The evolving village culture includes plenty of neighborly support for families in need, various annual celebrations to mark the seasons, and lots of ad hoc parties, music jams and concerts, and talent shows. We're finding that living more cooperatively requires a lot of learning and work, but is richly rewarding and well worth the effort.

Consensus decision-making
As is typical in cohousing, we make community decisions through a consensus process. Community work is accomplished through a voluntary Work Team system, where residents apply themselves to whichever task areas they have most enthusiasm for. There are teams for Cooking, Dishes, Outdoors, Maintenance, Common House, Finance, Process/Steering, Community Life, etc.
