Agenda
Propose agendas, oversee meeting process, facilitate training.

Community-Building
Organize and/or facilitate healthy social interaction in meetings and otherwise, organize social events, assist in conflict resolution.
 
Coordination*
Coordinate overall project development, including hiring and review of professionals, assist Development Manager or Partner as needed, maintain oversight of group to ensure timely and financially responsible decisions.
 
Design
Coordinate planning for design of site and houses, in consultation with other EVI groups and consultants; research green construction technology and design.

Finance*
Working with Development Manger or Partner, oversee and coordinate financial estimates and budget, relations with bank, bookkeeping, cash flow, and pre-qualification of members.
 
Geek Team
Develop and maintain computer-assisted TREE record-keeping and internal and external communication, including the TREE web site.  

Legal*
Work with TREE attorney to define and establish TREE as a legal entity; assist TREE attorney with offering plan, maintain legal interface between TREE and EVI.
 
Membership
Coordinate outreach, public relations, relationships with other EVI members, and assistance to prospective and new members.
